Project Million
I haven’t been this scared to say something out loud in a really long time.
Most people do this behind the scenes. They build quietly, they win quietly, and they share the highlight reel when it’s done.
I am not most people.
I don’t care how long this takes. When I commit, I commit.
I’ve said a lot of hard things out loud over the years.
I’ve talked about losing 60 pounds. I’ve talked about overcoming my addiction to Adderall. I’ve talked about competing on stage at 40. I’ve put a lot of the hard stuff into the world.
But this?
This scares me more than all of it.
I want a million followers. A million dollars. And I want to change a million lives.
I’m saying it out loud because I’m done playing small and I’m done pretending I don’t want what I want.
Tomorrow I’m getting baptized.
A public declaration that I am not who I used to be.
And it felt like the most right moment to make another one, this one about who I’m becoming and what I’m building.
June marks 10 years free from Adderall. A decade of choosing myself. A decade of proving that the woman on the other side of the hard thing is worth fighting for.
And I’m 40. Not in spite of that, because of it. 40 isn’t too late. It’s right on time.
This is Project Million.
I’m documenting everything. The fitness. The nutrition. The mindset. The business. All of it.
Because I believe that when a woman takes control of her body she realizes she can do anything.
Even this.
I don’t care how long this takes. I’m not doing this behind the scenes. You’re going to see the good, the bad, the ugly, all of it. In real time. Out loud. No filter, well maybe a beauty filter on IG 😆
Follow along. It’s about to get real.✌🏼
